-We have $10.00 flat rate (Economy) Shipping! Free shipping on orders $100.00 or more. 

-Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 - 7 business days. *Items ordered available at our store will be processed and shipped the next day, if Pick Up in Store is selected the order will be processed and ready for pick up the same day.

 -We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

-If your package is lost or stolen please contact us so we can help you file a claim to track your package.


We hope you LOVE everything you order from us, however, if something does not work out we are here to help.  Review the guidelines below and contact us at if you have any questions (please allow 2 business days for a response).


-PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL! Once tags are removed, we cannot take the item(s) back for any reason.  No exceptions. If the item(s) you are returning does not meet these guidelines, it will be sent back to you at your expense.  You will be sent an invoice for return shipping, if not paid within 5 days the item(s) will be placed on our store rack for sale or donated to a charity of our choice.

-We offer exchange or store credit only within 10 days from the date you receive your order. We do not offer refunds.

-Damaged Item, If you received a damaged item you will need to e-mail us within 3 days from the date you receive your item(s).  Please send an e-mail and picture of damaged item to we will not accept any damaged claims after 3 days from the date you receive it.   We do not guarantee jewelry, items shrinking, etc. No exceptions will be made. Damaged item will need to be returned within the 10 day period or it will be rejected once it is received. You will need to return at your own expense.  The merchandise must be returned within the 10 day policy.  We will not issue a store credit after the specified time. Do not attempt to return the item(s) after the specified time or you will be responsible for the cost to ship it back to you.  We highly recommend you use delivery confirmation when sending back your order. Item(s) returned must have tags still attached and returned in new condition.  Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains, or smell will be shipped back to you at your own expense. No exchanges or store credit on “Sale” items, deal of the day items, markdowns, bralettes, jewelry, purses, accessories, gifts, seasonal merchandise and items purchased with a coupon code.  All “Sale” items are final sales!

2. Include the packaging slip (that arrived with your package) with your return.  If you no longer have the original slip you can include a piece of paper with your name, address, telephone number  and order.
